He has worked as an advisor and communications consultant to peak bodies, corporates, member-based organisations, policy think tanks, super funds, politicians, and health advocacy organisations.

Nick began his career working with the ABC and AAP, reporting on politics and business and also serving as a newsreader, and executive producer. He has recently worked at the Geneva-based Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, coordinating global communication efforts.
Suze provides insights into the modern news media landscape, having worked as a television, wire and print journalist in London, Australia, and New Zealand. At Horton Advisory she has handled high-profile industrial disputes, launched national campaigns, navigated reputational issues, managed clients’ media needs on a daily basis, and written specialist reports across a range of sectors.
Taylah is a communication expert who has worked as a news producer across television and radio. She is an outstanding writer with a comprehensive understanding of the news cycle and the audiences media outlets strive to reach. She has worked for Seven News, 2GB and Sky News running campaigns, organising and co-ordinating live and special coverage, writing and producing bulletins and building strong relationships with high-profile stakeholders. Levi is a communications and policy specialist who has worked across a number of Trans Tasman newsrooms and was the former editor of New Zealand’s only LGBTIQ publication. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in political studies from the University of Auckland. Levi has strong digital and social media skills and understands what is needed to perfectly tailor a message for an online audience, in order to deliver high levels of engagement. He has a strong knowledge of domestic and international policy and an extensive history working in politics across New Zealand and Australia, including as a media advisor in the Australian Federal Parliament.
Mark is a senior journalist with more than 30 years’ experience in city and national newsrooms. He has been a writer, news producer and section editor in a wide variety of roles for newspapers including The Australian, where he was most recently production editor on the business, travel and arts pages, and the The Illawarra Mercury. Mark’s extensive professional and life experiences, including a trade background, help him create bright, interesting and complex stories on just about any topic, quickly and accurately, for in-house publications or the wider media market.

Rémi is an award-winning graphic designer and illustrator who has worked in the Australian news media for nearly three decades. A former graphics editor for The Sydney Morning Herald, he specialises in information design and visual journalism. Rémi co-founded and designed Australia’s national newspaper for kids, Crinkling News.
